In February 2015, Tim and Kristy Evans got the opportunity to purchase a 13.35 acre parcel on Prunedale Road. At that time the property was planted in 30 year old Red Delicious apple trees, which were removed that November. The property is cleared now and waiting to be planted in Southern Rhone varieties.
Our position below Seven Hills allows good air movement over our land and the large cobbles in the land show the promise of the Rocks District wines that are getting noticed worldwide. We are excited to watch the development of both our property as well as the entire Rocks District of Milton Freewater.
